Inside Sales Consultant

Sales - MBW Dayton, Ohio Minimum Experience Mid-level is seeking an outgoing, energetic Insides Sales Consultant located in Dayton, OH .

MobilityWorks,

The Inside Sales Consultant is responsible for supporting the Inside Sales Manager with Inside Sales tasks including assisting the Finance and Quality Assurance Departments.

What you get to accomplish :

Inside Sales

  • Perform reporting on Commercial Sales Activity such as Vehicle Sale Trends, Proposal Won / Lost Results, and Inventory Flow, in collaboration with the Inside Sales Manager.
  • Develop price quotes and build complex orders for Sales Reps.
  • Assist with audits of vehicle inventory and bank audits.
  • Be an expert in product knowledge of Mobility Works product offerings.
  • Communicate with our vendors in regard to available products and existing orders.
  • Maintain internal resources for staff education and training.

Finance and Insurance

  • Ensure proper paperwork / invoicing is delivered to the customer and returned.
  • Receive credit applications and quotes from sales reps; verify accuracy.
  • Load credit applications onto DealerTrack, pull credit bureaus.
  • Record and report on all commercial F&I deals, and maintain customer files.
  • Maintain Funding spreadsheet, following up on delays as needed.
  • Complete copies of MSO / titles for lenders when needed.
  • Send Adverse Action notices to customers when needed.

Quality Assurance

  • Be familiar with all basic QA tasks and serve as back-up for QA Manager.
  • Ensure company forms (PAT, VDR, etc.) are completed and attached to deal in DMS.
  • Maintain records and logs of all paperwork requests, payoffs and titling activity.
  • Work with Vehicle Inventory and Vendors to verify information and correct any errors in the DMS when necessary.

General Duties

  • Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
  • Comply with WMKs Core Values at all times (LOVE IT).
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

What you should posses :

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with automotive dealer paperwork is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and solid computer experience (MS Excel, Lot Wizard, Goldmine, etc.) is required.
  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required.
  • Candidates must successfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check
